New chamber design makes it possible to reverse the force at critical solder joints (from tensile to compression load), enabling significantly higher radial loads during machining.

2. New chamber design significantly reduces the technology's susceptibility to temperature (up to 80°C even during milling operations lasting up to 240 minutes).

3. If there are multiple instances of unintended shrinking, the soldering system includes an emergency outlet to prevent potential injuries.

4. Double-lip sealing system dramatically increases the service life of the hydraulic chuck (over 10,000 clamping cycles under laboratory conditions).

It is easy and straightforward to clamp the tools in the adapter in a process-secure and reproducible manner with minimal force. HyPower – Rough high pressure chuck

The HyPower – Rough hydraulic chuck has been specially designed for clamping milling tools with a HA shank. Its high temperature stability of 80°C – including during very long milling cycles lasting more than 240 minutes – makes it ideal for highly dynamic milling applications such as HSC (High Speed Cutting), HPC (High Performance Cutting) or SPM (Structural Part Machining). Even during high-performance milling operations of high-quality components up to a maximum of 33,000 rpm, it boasts excellent process security and a high chip removal rate. During roughing, its specialism, the HyPower – Rough impresses with very high surface quality thanks to its excellent vibration damping.

HyPower – Access 4.5° high pressure chuck

The HyPower – Access 4.5° hydraulic chuck is particularly suitable for precise fine-machining and finishing work. In order to pack in as much flexibility and versatility as possible, we have matched its dimensions exactly to those of a shrink-fit chuck (DIN contour with 4.5°). In the past certain components could only be machined with a shrink-fit chuck thanks to its small number of interference contours, but with the HyPower – Access 4.5° we are now offering our customers the advantages of a hydraulic chuck for critical component structures. The award-winning industrial design is also aimed at maximum process security and tool life.
HyPower – Access 4.5° is suitable for reaming and drilling applications as well as for finishing during milling operations in tool and die production, aerospace and the automotive sector. Outstanding surface quality and narrow tolerances make the difference in these sectors, and the HyPower – Access 4.5° combines both, along with improved handling.
